Shipping
Discrepancies:
Customers
are to inform FE of any shipping discrepancies within 48 hours from the
date of receipt.
FE will not be responsible for shipping discrepancies reported
beyond the specified period.
Warranty:
Any defective merchandise should be reported within 30 days from
the date of purchase from FE.
No other warranties, including merchantability or salability are
implied or expressed.
Proof of purchase including original purchase date is required
for all warranty claims.
FE will gladly accept the return of defective products and give
the customer full refund within the above specified time and terms.
This warranty does not apply to products damaged through misuse,
improper handling, alteration, or repair.
Returns:
All warranty
returns must be approved in advance by FE and must have the original
package, the original sales receipt and with freight prepaid.
Freight collect or billing for freight on returns will not be
accepted. Unless the return is due to defective products, shipping charges will not be refunded.
FE is not responsible for, nor will FE accept as a return any
product that was not originally purchased from FE.
Refused
shipments:
The
customer who refuses a shipped order and returns it to FE without
advanced approval by FE will be billed for all shipping charges plus a
30% restocking fee.
Restock:
In
the event that the customer has a very special reason other than quality
defect to return the product, we may give a sympathetic consideration.
If the return is accepted, a restocking fee will be applied.
Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee 30-60 days from
purchase date, 30% restocking fee 61-90 days, 40% restocking fee 91-120
days.
No credit will be granted for returns beyond 120 days from the
purchase date.
